Portable Tanks and Bladders
Portable liquid storage tanks are ideal for temporary and emergency storage of water and other liquids. These flexible tanks are made from flexible reinforced fabrics, are completely portable and fold up for easy storage. There are two styles of portable tanks, Open Top Tank and Pillow Tank . Both styles come in a variety of fabrics including Aeon, PVC and XR5.
The Open Top Tank is designed for rain collection and has an optional fitted mesh cover to keep out leaves and debris. The Open Top Tank is supplied with a standard outlet fitting for connection to existing reticulation systems or can be coupled for a larger storage capacity. These tanks may be used for temporary storage of water for fire fighting, stock supply, and remote villages or to maintain a supply of water during refurbishment of permanent storage tanks.
The Pillow Tank is fully enclosed and can be used to store various liquids. The tank is ideal for applications where protection from airborne contaminants is important. ABGAL Pillow Tanks have been used by the Red Cross in Rwanda and the Middle East and by the Military in the U.S. The Pillow Tank is supplied with standard inlet and outlet fittings for connection to existing reticulation systems or can be coupled for a larger storage capacity.
