Returns Policy

To assist us in the prompt and accurate processing of your return items, we thank you in advance for your co-operation in complying with our return procedure outlined below. And, for providing us with the information we require to process your claims as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can, thank you.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Custom-made goods and cut materials are not returnable for exchange or refund. Please note that all items in our price list which are marked with an asterisk * are standard sizes that are not normally stocked. They are considered a custom item when ordered, therefore are also non-returnable.
2. No exchange or returns accepted on goods where the carton has been opened (except faulty goods) or if the goods are more than one month old.
3. Goods returned will not be accepted freight-on, unless by prior arrangement per our nominated carrier — complete with our Return Reference Number.
After the returned goods are inspected by ABGAL, if they are found to be faulty, your freight cost will be refunded. If the returned goods are not an ABGAL product or are found not to be defective, you will be automatically charged an inspection fee per product.
In return, we will give you a report on the condition of the returned products, then the goods will be returned to you freight-on. If the product is to be altered or repaired, you will be given a written quote prior to the work being carried out.
4. Stock items pre-arranged for return must be received by ABGAL in the same condition as they were originally despatched.
These items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the product (minimum charges apply). This fee is payable prior to the goods being credited, otherwise a credit note is raised then the restocking fee is deducted.
5. Replacement goods for return will be invoiced to your account and a credit for the returned item will only be made when it has been received and approved.
6. ABGAL reserves the right to repair or replace faulty goods at their discretion, and in accordance with the terms of the product warranty. Faulty goods which are beyond repair will be replaced, not credited.
7. Filling of an ABGAL liner constitutes acceptance, by the Purchaser, of size, colour and fit. No claims for alteration or modification will be accepted if a liner has been filled with water.
8. Return of goods shall not be accepted unless authorised by ABGAL and labelled with our Return Reference Number.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Phone us here at ABGAL on (07) 3803 9000 or 1800 077 533 to inform us of the details of the product you wish to return. Once you have discussed the product with one of our Sales Team, they will issue you with a Return Reference Number if the product is to be returned. This number must be quoted during communication regarding this item.
IMPORTANT:
All returns must be packed adequately for transport and have the following information securely attached to the outside of the carton in an envelope before it will be accepted for return.
1. The Return Reference Number
2. Original Invoice Number
3. Description of the goods
4. Nature of the fault
5. Your Company Name, address & contact person
