Pool Covers - for domestic use

PRO-RATA SCHEDULE – A cover used for the purpose for which it was intended and found to be defective will be replaced at a pro-rated cost equal to a ratio of months used during the warranty period multiplied by the existing manufacturers suggested retail price. (i.e. retail price at a time of claim)

• Heatshield - 5 years

Proof of purchase is required to make a claim, by email, scan/copy your receipt and send it along with a digital photo of the defective part of the cover. Or by post, send a copy of the receipt along with a sample of the defective section of the blanket (30cm x 30cm in size).

Reels - for domestic use

The HydroTools™ Endurance Reel range has a 5 year pro-rata warranty and the HydroTools™ Advanced Reel range has a 3 year pro-rata warranty.
